Meet Tyler
Tyler Henderson has been representing clients in complex business disputes and collection cases since he began practicing law. While that remains a fundamental part of Tyler’s practice, he now helps businesses and individuals with a wide range of other issues as well, including corporation and LLC formation, real estate matters, voidable and fraudulent transfer litigation, business partner separations, creditors’ rights and lender representation, commercial document drafting, construction litigation, employment disputes, and restrictive covenant enforcement (i.e., non-compete, confidentiality, and non-solicitation clauses).
If litigation is involved, Tyler handles every aspect of the case—from filing to trial and, if necessary, appeal and post-judgment collection—in all of Georgia’s state and federal district courts. He has briefed and argued numerous cases before Georgia’s Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Recognizing that no two problems call for the same approach, Tyler works closely with his clients to develop a strategy for the matter at hand based on the nature of the dispute, the parties’ competing interests, and a pragmatic cost-benefit analysis. Tyler’s clients also find his use of plain English in written work a welcome change from the legal jargon that plagues countless contracts and briefs. In his view, a client should not need a law degree to understand his or her lawyer’s writing. He credits his professional success to scores of current and former clients who embraced his common-sense approach to the practice of law.
A native of Dalton, Georgia, Tyler graduated from the University of Georgia with honors prior to attending the University of Georgia School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2011.
